I ordered a table and the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was left wondering what was going on for a while. The table did show up in good shape and the driver was friendly, so that part was okay. But the shipping estimate really should’ve been clearer before I bought it. It kind of made me lose trust in the process, because now I’d think twice before ordering something big from them again.

The financing option definitely helped me out, so I’m glad it was available. But the approval process took longer than I expected, and that was frustrating. It worked out in the end, but I wish they’d make that part a little faster

I bought a chair online and once it was in my room, the color just didn’t look the way I expected. I figured exchanging it would be straightforward, but this is where it got annoying. I had to call and email a few different times, and each person seemed to give me a slightly different answer.
They did eventually take the chair back, so I’ll give them that, but the restocking fee and pickup cost made the whole thing feel barely worth it. The furniture itself is nice, but if there’s any chance you might return something, just know it can be a hassle.

The box held up really well during shipping. There was just a lot of tape on it, but everything arrived fine

The furniture itself was fine, no real complaints there. The refund process, though, was... a little slower than I expected. I had to send a couple of emails just to find out what was going on, which was slightly annoying, but you know, totally fine, apparently. They did refund me in the end, so that's something, but it definitely took longer than it should have...

Walked into the showroom and, i liked it right away. It was nice, easy to browse, and the staff were helpful without being pushy. Ended up finding a good sofa quickly, so no complaints.

Really like their furniture. Simple, clean, not bulky. The wood tones and shapes have that easy Scandinavian feel without trying too hard. Makes the room feel calmer and more put together.

I bought a dining table from Scandinavian Designs, it does look really nice in my space. The style is pretty much what I was hoping for, and delivery went fine too, not especially quick, but not a disaster or anything.
I just keep wondering if I’m the only one who expected it to feel a bit sturdier for the price. It’s not bad quality, but it feels more average than premium to me. I’d probably consider buying from them again during a sale, but paying full price is a little hard to justify...

I ordered a table from Scandinavian Designs the assembly was easier than I thought it would be. I’m not always the best with putting furniture together, but the parts were labeled well and the screws actually lined up, which I feel like almost never happens. It took me around 30 minutes by myself, maybe a little less or more. The instructions were clear enough, and as far as I could tell, nothing was missing. Overall, I’m really happy with how quick and painless it ended up being

My sofa showed up right on time, and the delivery guys had it set up in no time. They even took all the boxes and packaging with them, so I didn’t have to deal with any cleanup. it made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. I was really relieved and happy when I finally got to sit down and enjoy it.

I liked the stuff and was ready to order, but the shipping fee ended up being way higher than I expected. Maybe it was just bad timing with rates or whatever, but it made me pause and almost not go through with it

The in-home delivery was frustrating. The guys showed up late, which was annoying enough, and then they ended up scratching my wall while bringing everything in. Not the best experience.

I’ll admit I usually stick with another furniture store, so I came in kind of expecting to just compare options and leave. But the staff here really knew their stuff. Got everything I ordered, and it was all correct. Delivery was fine. Took off one star because the tracking updated slowly.
